Reneeta began her Real Estate career in Texas.“What I loved most about my career down South was seeing the evolution of a home. I was blessed to have helped many original owners navigate the sale of a place so special to them, a place where they raised their kids and made a lifetime of memories in but could no longer physically live there.I assisted one sweet, elderly neighbor and through that came a large referral base of clients needing the same level of care.As emotional as it was for each of them to leave their family homes, a common sentiment they each had was that they were equally happy to see young families excitingly move in and repurpose the home for their own growing families.”
Reneeta’s love for Design and Real Estate has led her and her Engineer husband, Marco on an exciting path of investing, renovating and new construction.From the ground up, Reneeta learned how to evaluate a house from all aspects - its construction, its potential for long and short-term investment, and how to build equity through renovation.This acquired skill has helped her and many of her clients achieve success within different markets.
Reneeta, her husband, and young son, Leandro proudly call Oakville their home.They are currently designing and building a Texas inspired - relaxed luxury - family home for themselves in Old Oakville.When she’s not working, Reneeta enjoys pursuing her other passion, Interior Design and spending quality time with her family outdoors.
